We left Estes Park, Co. today and traveled to the Grand Tetons, WY.  We are staying in the Headwater RV park at Flagg Ranch.  While traveling in the Grand Tetons before our arrival at the RV park we saw a bear along the road and were able to stop and take a few pictures.  No face shots only the bear end was available.  It was fun anyway.  We had a good trip here and it took about 8 hours with the stops and restroom breaks.  Here in the camp ground there is no cell service and no WIFI service.  Also there is no cable service either.  It is a nice campground and it is located between the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone Park which is convenient to see the south park of Yellowstone and all of the Grand Tetons.

These are some pictures of the campground where we are parked for the next 10 days.

Today we are just relaxing around the campground and tomorrow we are going to travel to Jackson Hole which is about 30 miles from us and look at all the sites along the way.  Melanie (our sister in-law) told us about a place that we are going to check out tomorrow if possible.  It is the Teton Village.  They have hand gliders there and I want to see if I can get Cindy to jump off the mountain strapped to one of those.  She may end up in Idaho somewhere but it will be fun I am sure.  Don’t worry I will take photos until she disappears into the sunset.

  1. The campground looks so peaceful. I'm glad you guys are disconnected from the internet world for a while- give yourself some time together in nature without interruptions! Did you make it to the Teton Village? Did you send Cindy off into the sunset on a hand glider?

Please give Aunt Melanie a big hug and kiss from me!
    Love you and Cindy! xoxo
